If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of evident abuse or if the content has been consumed in its entirety.
For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account or by contacting [email protected].

LIVELEARNCREATAE LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIVELEARNCREATAE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (1) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; (2) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (3) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (4) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIVELEARNCREATAE LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (1) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (2) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (3) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (4) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveLearnCreate LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Wyoming.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LiveLearnCreate LLC regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
